It's pleasantly effervescent thanks to live cultures—not forced carbonation. This makes the live culture happier and creates a less sour, drier, more balanced kombucha.
Our flavors are unique and inventive—they're culinary inventions infused naturally with the medicinal power of plants. Our goal is to not make boring kombucha.
We ferment only natural ingredients, without using additives or pre-made extracts or syrups, and without a sugary second ferment. Our ingredients are always unrefined, organic or chemical-free, and everything is listed clearly on the bottle.
Foraged Kombucha features herbs, fruits or berries that we have foraged ourselves from the abundance of the southeast. These happen in season, in small batches so catch them if you can.
