Old Timer Sauerkraut
Our homage to Appalachia. All local organic vegetables: Cabbage, caraway, salt.

Flavor notes: Fermented (6-8) weeks at 65f. Never dismiss a classic made with the highest quality ingredients that is well done. With a perfect salinity providing the crunchy texture of cabbage as well as the traditional sour notes complimented by the bready, rye flavors of caraway seed. 



All local, organic vegetables: Napa cabbage, Daikon radish, Ginger, Scallion, Garlic, Gochugaru.

Flavor notes: Fermented (4) days at 65f leaving behind the early funk without the flavors of a more sour kraut. We really believe in the quality of our kimchi.
