In an edition of 100: The beautifully screen printed poster to be signed by Sandor Katz for each registrant. Printed by Grand Palace Printing in Nashville, TN. 

Join us for a celebration of fermentation techniques, food culture, and local terroir.

Included in registration is a limited edition 18x24 screen-printed poster—signed by Sandor Katz! (Shown at right, click to enlarge.)

Delicious locally sourced fermented lunch will be provided, catered by Ann Keener and Harvest Roots. (Dinner available at Mentone’s local establishments.)

After the day's events, enjoy a community kraut-share with lively discussion. Bring your favorite recipe, share and learn prep tips, and enjoy the Southeastern fermentation community in new ways. 

The Day's Events: 

  • 9:30am: Open doors with coffee and fermented pastries.

    10am-11am: Harvest Roots Tour of Kitchen and Introduction with @velocoffee

    11am-1:00pm: Sandor Katz 

    1:30pm - 3:00pm: "Farm to Ferment" Lunch by Ann Keener and Harvest Roots.

    3:00pm - 4:00pm: "Small Talk" w/ Sequatchie Cove Creamery w/ tasting

    4:00 - 5:00pm - "Kraut Share" Bring your ferment to share! Voting will decide favorites!
